Note: The comparison data you create and save on your device is owned by you. However, the tools, interfaces, and methodologies used to create and display that data are owned by Careertics.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Important: If your access is terminated, you may lose access to any data you have stored locally through our Services. We recommend regularly exporting any important comparison data to ensure you maintain copies of your information.
You may also terminate your relationship with us by simply discontinuing use of our Services. However, this does not relieve you of any obligations you may have incurred prior to termination.
